I know, I made this 8 years ago but when I found it in my old portfolio, it immediately jumped out as a painting based on nature's destructive power...and currently the horrible destruction in Japan.
I never really liked this 16" x 20" acrylic paint on paper and don't know why I saved it until now.
Wow, is see a connection. The footage form Japan and the tragedy there is difficult to comprehend. I see the same chaos in this piece.
